2ph85 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 2ph85 platform, including all games, betting markets, account services, and payment facilities. By registering or using 2ph85, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Access to 2ph85 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older and legally permitted to participate in online gambling under Philippine law.

Definitions

"Player" / "You" / "User"

The unique registered profile created by a Player on 2ph85, associated with a single verified identity and a Philippine Peso (PHP) wallet balance.
"Services"

"Applicable Law"
The laws, regulations, and regulatory directives of the Republic of the Philippines, including those issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
"PAGCOR"
The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for the regulation and oversight of gaming operations in the Philippines.
"KYC" (Know Your Customer)
The identity verification process required under PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering law before a Player may conduct withdrawals or access certain Platform features.
"GCash" / "PayMaya"
Philippine e-wallet payment services operated by third-party providers and integrated into the 2ph85 cashier for deposits and withdrawals.
Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 2ph85 platform, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the 2ph85 Privacy Policy and all game-specific rules, bonus terms, and promotional conditions published on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 2ph85 platform and, if registered, request account closure through the support team.

Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 2ph85. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.

Section 3

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open and maintain an account on 2ph85, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

  • You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling under Philippine law and is strictly enforced by 2ph85 in compliance with PAGCOR regulations.
  • You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) using the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
  • You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued voluntarily through 2ph85 or mandated by PAGCOR or any court of competent jurisdiction.
  • You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law.
  • You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of 2ph85 or its affiliated game providers.
  • You have not previously had an account on 2ph85 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for a violation of these Terms.

Underage Gambling is Strictly Prohibited. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and permanently closed. All funds in such accounts, including any winnings, will be forfeited and handled in accordance with PAGCOR directives.

Section 4

Account Registration

To access real-money Services on 2ph85, you must complete the registration process and create a unique account. The following conditions apply:

  • One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on 2ph85. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
  • Accurate Information: All registration details you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact information — must be truthful, current, and accurate. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
  • Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 2ph85 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Do not share your credentials with any third party.
  • Notification of Changes: You must notify 2ph85 promptly if any of your registered personal details change, particularly your contact number or email address, to ensure continuity of account access and communication.
Section 5

Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines, 2ph85 requires all players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or, in some cases, before deposits above a specified threshold.

Acceptable identity documents for KYC verification include government-issued Philippine identification such as a Philippine Passport, UMID, Driver's License, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or any PAGCOR-recognised identification. Documents must be valid, legible, and must clearly show your full name, date of birth, and photograph.

2ph85 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement) and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash account showing your registered name).

KYC verification typically completes within one (1) business day of document submission. Once verified, your KYC status remains active unless your documents expire or 2ph85 is required by law to conduct re-verification.

Section 6

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 2ph85 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following conditions govern all deposits and withdrawals:

  • Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction for GCash and PayMaya. Minimum amounts for other payment methods are displayed at the cashier.
  • Payment Method Ownership: You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.
  • Withdrawal Timelines: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 3 to 60 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are processed within 24 business hours. Timelines may vary during maintenance windows or peak periods.
  • Withdrawal Prerequisites: All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Bonus funds are subject to their respective wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
  • Anti-Money Laundering: 2ph85 is obligated under Philippine law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Withdrawals that trigger AMLC thresholds may be subject to additional review and documentation requirements.
  • Currency: All balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in PHP. USDT deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

Bonuses & Promotions

2ph85 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each promotion:

  • Bonus offers are available to eligible, verified players only. Players with pending KYC or accounts under review are not eligible to claim bonuses.
  • All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified on the individual promotion page.
  • Bonuses may only be used for games and betting markets specified in the promotional terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.
  • 2ph85 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to alter the terms of ongoing promotions with reasonable notice, and to cancel bonuses found to have been obtained through abuse of promotional terms.
  • Players found to be exploiting bonuses — including through coordination with other accounts, use of artificial wagering patterns, or misrepresentation of identity — will have bonuses and any associated winnings forfeited and their accounts suspended.
Section 8

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on 2ph85 — including live casino tables, slot games, bingo rooms, sports betting markets, and table games — are subject to the rules of the respective game and the general platform rules set out herein.

  • RNG Certification: All software-based games on 2ph85 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. This ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and not manipulated.
  • Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be adjusted by 2ph85 without prior notice.
  • Disputed Results: In the event of a technical fault that affects a game outcome — including but not limited to server disconnection, game software error, or incorrect odds display — 2ph85 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account.
  • Sports Betting: All sports betting markets, including PBA basketball, international football, boxing, UFC, and other events covered by 2ph85, are subject to 2ph85's sports betting rules published on the relevant section of the platform. Bets settled on erroneously published odds may be voided at 2ph85's discretion.
  • Winning Limits: 2ph85 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per session, per day, or per event. Applicable limits are published in the relevant game or betting section.
Section 9

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2ph85 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
  • Registering or operating more than one account on 2ph85, under the same or different identities.
  • Using another person's identity, payment method, or account without their express consent.
  • Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity designed to circumvent AMLA obligations.
  • Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets on 2ph85 without 2ph85's prior written authorisation.
  • Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or unintended features of any game or the platform for financial gain.
  • Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus systems.
  • Making chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with payment providers in bad faith while retaining winnings derived from the disputed deposit.
  • Accessing or using the 2ph85 platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
Section 10

Account Suspension & Termination

2ph85 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes a violation of these Terms has occurred, or where required to do so by law or PAGCOR directive.

Upon account closure, any remaining verified, real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within the timeframe stipulated by PAGCOR guidelines, unless the closure arises from fraud, AMLA obligations, or a breach of these Terms that warrants forfeiture.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting 2ph85 support. Self-exclusion requests are handled separately under Section 11. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Section 11

Responsible Gaming

2ph85 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and recognises that problem gambling can cause significant harm. In fulfilment of our obligations under PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming Code, 2ph85 provides the following tools to all registered players:

  • Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period.
  • Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which 2ph85 will automatically log the account out.
  • Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum net loss threshold for a given period.
  • Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the platform for a minimum period of 30 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period. During exclusion, 2ph85 will not send promotional communications to the excluded player.
  • Reality Checks: 2ph85 provides session activity notifications at player-defined intervals to promote awareness of time spent gaming.

Section 12

Intellectual Property

All content on the 2ph85 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, audiovisual elements, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of 2ph85 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 2ph85 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other licence or right is granted. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of 2ph85 content without express written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Section 13

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, 2ph85 shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
  • Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform caused by circumstances beyond 2ph85's reasonable control, including network outages, third-party payment provider failures, or regulatory directives.
  • Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where 2ph85 has taken reasonable security precautions and such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
  • Any error in game display, odds publication, or promotional communication that does not reflect a verified technical fault on 2ph85's part.

Nothing in these Terms limits 2ph85's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Applicable Law.

Section 14

Privacy

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data provided by players to 2ph85 is governed by the 2ph85 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By registering on 2ph85, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy and as required by PAGCOR compliance obligations and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Section 15

Amendments to These Terms

2ph85 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 2ph85 will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amendments take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or PAGCOR directive.

The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were most recently updated. Continued use of the 2ph85 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

Section 16

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from your use of 2ph85 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the 2ph85 platform, or any Services provided therein shall first be submitted to 2ph85's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels, or referred to the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.
